The bet36365体育 Open Nebraska Course Development grant seeks to make education at bet36365体育 equitable and accessible by replacing expensive textbooks with affordable content (library materials, free textbooks, online resources, etc.) and transforming the student educational experience with innovative and flexible learning opportunities.
Awards will be based on the following:
- Adopting - Replacing textbook with existing open resources in their original format. - Eligible for $500
- Adapting - Modifying existing open resources/content to fit specific course needs. - Eligible for $750
- Authoring - Creating your own open resources, such as an eBook or packet. - Eligible for $1,500Participants will receive the funds after the course has been taught and requisite data provided to the committee.

The Office of Graduate Studies & Academic Innovation supports individual departmental recruitment efforts in addition to broader efforts to grow enrollment of students in online and graduate programs. Departments planning recruitment travel, booth exhibition, conference advertisement, or other recruiting activities may request cost-share funding once an opportunity is identified. Please complete your request at least one month prior to travel or two weeks prior to any reservation deadlines.
